Got a Holland Companion too. From the GF who works for a major LP gas company. I think it is more of a gas roaster than a grill. Your right though ,hard to burn anything on it. Remember to open the top flutes ,I tried to use it with them closed, and the flame kept going out. LP built up and I removed a lot of arm hair re igniting it.

We have the small Weber, and I use the small bottles. They are cheap, less than a dollar and I get 5-7 cookings from them. I don't have to store big hoses or tanks.

I bought the NexGen stainless model that they had a Costco. Have had it for about 2 years and haven't had any issues with it. Might be a bit heavier than some of the models listed, I'm not sure but the price was pretty good at around $150 Cdn.

I have the Weber Baby Q and have used it for 2 years without problems. We run it off a separate large propane tank with the hose. Would highly recommend it best grill I have had.
