JMHO: The electronic ignition is problematic , and will quit in short order, I wouldn't make it a " must have".
Look for the most BTU's you can find , below 15,000, you'll just end up slowly warming the food , not BBQing it.

Ive owned them all, the no name brands, the coleman road trips, all of them. The only way to go is the weber Q. I went with the bigger 2000 model. Its great. Cleans up well and lasts. The electronic ignition always works (going on 3 years) and is powered by a none volt battery. They make a ton of accessories including a griddle and a stand that folds up small for easy storage. Any replacement parts are easy to find as well.

We have the Weber table top propane grill, bought at Walmart for $49...works great gets nice and hot, cooks anything burgers/steaks/chicken ect really quick..cleans easily. We use this one when its just the Wife and I. We also have the Coleman NXT 200, which we use when we have a larger group, but that one is not a tabletop.

We have the Weber Q 120 for the motorhome and the Q 320 for the house. Best grills we have ever owned.

I bought the cheaper Q100 without the built in side tables because I caught it on sale. You've listed two major bad points. I almost tossed the Q100 after the first use, took forever to cook the steaks, but on the second use, I let it warm up longer and it worked fine. If I want to sear meat in a hurry, I get the Lodge cast iron grill out and fire it up. I learned a long time before on the larger backyard grills, don't bother with the electronic starters once they quit, keep a propane long neck lighter handy and once the electronic quits, don't replace, I learned that the replacements don't last as long as the original.

I have a Weber Q200. It is 5 yrs old and looks brand new. Electronic ignition works every time. It's easy to clean and maintain. We added an adapter hose and use a 20lb LP bottle. I was going to tap into the MH propane system, but I felt that limited where I could then put the grill.

We have the Q200 as well....Its now 4 years old and fires up like new. We bought the cover with it and it stores easily in the basement. Although its portable it has a huge cooking surface.

I'm prepared for all the above methods. I've got the long hose for running off the RV or the 20 lb tank and as I carry several of the small disposables for the lantern, I can use those as wel.

Went through several Qs and they were all horrible. Bought a Weber Baby Q about 10 years ago and it is great. It is the only portable gas model I would own. The heat is even and consistent, it is easy to clean and does a great job.

Small propane grill
I'm planning to buy the attached Char Broil. Camping World should have them.

I just bought one of the small Char Broil grills jhaig99 has pictured. Being an infrared grill it gets very hot very quick, cooks foods faster than a regular gas grill. it seems to be very rugged. The body is cast aluminum like the Webbers. Bought mine off eBay for $109.00. Camping World recently had them on sale for $118.00 fwiw.
