Smokies are open

Smokies will reopen Wednesday morning

Short of the story is that the mountains and facilities are open and will be paid for by the states/counties of NC and TN until Sunday night at least. Hopefully the US will get back on track by then.

Hope you are enjoying your stay.

Were you camping in one of the Park campgrounds, or were you able to visit Cades Cove or the picnic areas?
