Snowbirds, have you revised this winter's plans?

Have you revised your winter plans as far as destination, campground, date of departure, etc, due to the droughts and fires in our southern states?? If so, where to in lieu of the old destination?

Do you know of any campgrounds that have been really adversely affected by these droughts and fires?? Closed, main attractions such as water in the reservoir gone?

Nope, we are headed for Lake Havasu AZ on the Colo river, looking forward to it.

We will drive slowly, but steady to see all our "OLD" places in the WEST,
like everything around El Paso and NM. We might stay here or there a week and drive back in March b4 it gets toooo HOT.
