Solar panel battery charging

I purchased at used m/h and the solar panel on the roof was cracked and pretty worn out...so I removed it and replaced it with one I purchased new at the local Northern Tool that matches the one I removed..

The indicator light doesn't light up so not sure whether the s/panel is working or not...traced the two wires from the roof...came down the indicator light on the a/c ceiling panel inside the m/h...then they travel through the ceiling toward the passenger side of the motor home...checked in the fuse panel under the stove...looked in the outside compartment near the water pump....still can't find where those wires go..I assume one is the hot wire..( black with yellow stripe ) and a white wire..

I figure if I could fine out where these wires go, I should be able to figure out if there is power at that end...checked the two 6 volt coach batteries and there isn't any extra wires going to either battery...

Anyone have any ideas how I can figure out if the new panel is working or not ? Thanks for the help...

A VOM/multimeter is your friend but for tat to work you need to know where your wires are going and coming from, check the panel and then follow.

Check at the contacts or the wires coming out of the panel.

That's what I would do. See if you have any voltage coming directly from the panel. I would contact FW customer relations and ask for a wiring diagram for your coach. Have your FIN number ready. Let us know how it works out. Might want to post on the technical site also FW owners forum. Just a suggestion.
