Solar panel help

I have 2 yellow top optima batteries 55a/h each. I am trying to recharge them with 200w windy nation panels. Doesn’t matter how sunny it is they never fully recharge the batteries, so each day gets worse. Im at a loss

A best your going to get 10 amps from the 200 watt panels, for about 5 hours a day. That's only going to give you 50 AH a day.

If you use more then 50 AH, you loose capacity every day.

The question is how much of the batteries are you using ? 110 amps is not much on the use side since you should use no more than 1/2 of them.
The first investment should be a quality battery “gauge” that counts amps in and out to determine level of charge accurately. ( also I would include better batteries .. true deep cycle and more amp hours but that’s not as important)
If that’s already so then ...
For the solar to charge at maximum they will need to be tilted to the sun. The most you’ll get ideally , as already pointed out , will be 10 amps per hour in perfect conditions . The other problem ,The batteries will not absorb all the power being sent to them and the fuller they get the slower the absorption is. It Takes a long time to get that last 10%
How many amps are really getting to the batteries? Too small of wire ? to long of run ? Controller not set properly . All could be the issue

What are you using to check the battery charge state?
As said above, 110ah is very little storage capacity, and you obviously are taking out a little more each day than you are putting back in.
Optima batteries are usually not true deep cycle batteries....
Sunlight hours, direction of sun rays to panels, any type of shading during the day--all can reduce efficiency of the panel output.
