Just got my first service, alignment, weight and tire pressure adjusted at Pete's Road Service. Great place and so much better than the dealer. I would rather go to the dentist than to the dealer. 9 locations covering Gardena to Escondido to Coachella and Barstow. They have trucks to bring tires to you. Mostly just tires, alignments, Batteries, etc.

Good to know about these kinds of places for future tire needs, etc. Thanks.

Did you go to the one in Fullerton? I plan on going there for tires. They gave me a pretty good price on some Toyo M144s.

I posted this so others would know when in the area.

Yes they weigh each corner and gave me the weight on each tire for $25.

It was the Fullerton store on Orange Thorpe.

They will send you to Camping World for parts and procedures they don't handle, but I did admire the honesty of what they could handle and couldn't. James the Yard Manager seems to be the go to guy in the Fullerton store!

Good luck and safe travels!

What was the total cost for service & alignment?... What was included in the service?... Also do they sell and install RV tires?

I tried Pete's in Fontana a couple months ago when trying to find a phantom tire leak that Freightliner couldn't locate. Pete's couldn't find it either and told me there was nothing they could do for me. As a last resort, I told them to break the tire from the rim and swap it with the opposing axle tire. Problem solved. Their prices were reasonable but I had some communication issues, as the tech doing the work spoke little English. I had to track down the manager a couple of times so he could interpret for me. I didn't realize they did more than tires, so this is good to know.

Another good service center in SoCal is Colton Truck Terminal Garage. Very thorough and honest establishment.

Thanks for sharing the info on Pete's. Always good to know good shops in a region. And though this is on Pete's, yes to Colton Trucks too! And for other then tire's, I've had good results on Temecula Valley RV too (not sure if the do tires, but for sure coach and other related items).

Pete's, I'll check them out!

They will also work with you if you are an FMCA member and use their discount for Michelins. I saved over $50.00 per tire. I also use them for oil changes.
