Speedometer & Odometer different measures

I recently purchased a 2014 Minnie Winnie 31K that is based on a Ford E-450 body. The speedometer is in Miles/hour and the odometer is in Kilometers. I am in Canada. I find the KPH small numbers hard to read, especially with sunglasses on.
Does anyone know if you can purchase a decal to go onto the speedometer that is in KPH?

Thanks

I know what your talking about , as far as the decal is concerned and the numbers hard to read.
Haven't seen the decals around since the early 80s, when we were still applying them to 60s & 70s cars after the change to metric.
Dealt with my problem with seeing the dash , with a 7" screen , GPS, running in virtual dash mode provides a digital speed display that I can switch when I cross the border.

BTW: Welcome to iRV2

...and it will most likely tell you how to change the odometer between km and miles, but will say nothing about how to make the numbers on the speedometer face bigger...
