Spinner Flagpoles

For those of you who have spinner flagpoles, how are they placed in the ground? Is there some kind of spike that goes in the ground and the PVC pipe fits over the spike?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

It's a 4' piece of rebar...I think it's 1/2" diameter.

I have a 1/2" rebar about 18" long drive 1/2 way in ground then put a 5/8" washer on it will act as a bearing then put pole over that works great rotates very easy..any type of sturdy rod should work ......

I use this. It will not bend or rust.
