TileX Mildew Stain Remover - Spray on "gone in 60 seconds!"
No scrubbing or anything. After it's gone I dab with a water soaked rag to rinse, then lightly fluff dry with a clean towel.

Had the same problem, used 50 % Hydrogen Boraxide from a drug store and 50 % water with spray bottle, let it soak for 5 minutes, tab with towel. Stains gone.!!!!!

Tilex is good for tile and ceramics, but unlike hydrogen peroxide which which is safe, and only adresses the stain, Tilex it could cause major damage to fabrics and non-ceramic surfaces.

Thanks for the many good tips. We'll go with the Bissell, but be careful about brushing.

I read the same reviews on the escapees.com forums. There are two kinds, one has a hot water feature, one doesn't. DW wants one for me to use.
