Sticking door hinge

Curious if anyone has a ideas on this. Have a 17 Nash 25c which came with Lippert friction door hinges. The front hinge door hinge is getting progressively worse and makes a super loud noise like it's sticking when opening.

I've tried spraying the hinge with Mr Wrench RV dry Lube made for slide outs but it doesn't really seem to have any affect. I can't really see how to take the hinges apart to grease either, there's a plastic cap the two of the hinges but the middle hinge looks like both sides were driven in and capped. Can take pictures if that helps.

I'd spray it with WD40 which will penetrate and lube it or I'd put regular oil on it and let it penetrate.

Dry lube is usually Silicon and in my experience using silicon it doesn't penetrate.
