Not to say anything bad about the GOOD Cajuns, but it looks like politics as usual in Louisana. Sic'em Don.

This kind of govt. dealing is just so wrong! There is just no way it can be considered anything but Good Ole Boy politics and someone needs to be accountable for it. I hope the good guys end up on top of this thing and someone ends up sweeping floors for these kinds of decisions.

Let's see no house or a trailer with neighbors.. hmm tough choice. I quite frankly would like to see my tax dollars not being wasted on hotel rooms any longer!

While this as bogus as you can get, how about the trailer manufactor opening them up as a dealer..Who is the manufactor, that should also be a thorn in our side..

Tip of the iceberg. I remember being at an RV dealer's on Sept.3 and a FEMA contractor was LEASING all the trailers he could line up. Monthly lease payment to dealer was cost of unit/6. minimium 10 mos. To see how to really spend taxpayer $, read this: http://www.fortwayne.com/mld/fortwayne/news/special_pac...katrina/13038467.htm
