Sway control lubrication

Some people have told me to use a little grease on the cam point on my Reese Due Cam Sway Control system to help with the noise when making turns. This noise can be annoying and I just wonder if any fellow members have done this, and did it help?

Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland, Delaware here we come. Leave Wednesday.
