Comealong;

What part of Houston will you visit in January? I've looked at several RV parks in Houston, but can't claim to have stayed in any.

In another thread, you asked what the weather would be like in January. I gave you a silly answer, but truthfully, we never know.

We often say, "If you don't like the weather in Houston, wait 10 minutes; it'll change."

January and February are generally our coldest months, particularly right around "Rodeo." Last year we had an almost 2 week period of freezing weather. I actually took pictures of an icicle hanging from my car and sent it to my father knowing he wouldn't believe it!

It snowed for almost 10 full seconds in December 2010. Normally our winter weather stays high 30's-40's when it is REALLY cold, and high 70's when it is only a little cold. We take off our winter jackets when it gets to 80.

In 2010, December '09 and January '10 had 80 degree weather and we wore shorts.

Seriously, we never put away our short sleeve shirts, and I don't own a heavy jacket.
