How do you dump trash and not deliberately do it?? Did the trash accidentally "escape the RV when they were not noticing"? This is just a bad apple and pictures and plate numbers should be posted.

Maybe it was put out because they were going to deal with it and just forgot. Sometimes when getting ready to go we have all forgot something. You never know. People drive off with stuff on their cars all the time.
