Really neat pictures. For examples of early RV's in person, visit the RVIA Museum near Elkhart, Indiana. They even allow dry camping in the parking lot RV/MH Hall of Fame - Museum - Library - Conference Center

These are all amazing... and not quite the massive ships/yachts that people come to expect nowadays. Just enough to enjoy oneself. Less truly is more.

Popular Mechanics September '57..

This is the first actual advertisement for a trailer I have run into so far.. The company history doesn't seem to be that well documented but there is a note that they may be the predecessor to New Horizons.. and there is a Canadian connection..
