Gas. Without gas we're not going anywhere. First aid kit, emergency rations. Drinking water. Tool kit. WD-40 to go with the duct tape. Rubber gloves. Disinfected wipes. Bailey's, Pinch, Guinness Extra Stout, Tangeurey, tonic, ice.

A good volt/ohm meter, if I have a problem I can't figure out I always go to the backup,,, what ever drink I can find!

Second the Volt/Ohm meter, box of various size batteries, infra red thermometer (to check tire temperature and even the bar-b-que if you forget the meat thermometer) and good tire guage

My smoker. I have a propane smoker I carry. Last weekend I smoked pork roast, chicken legs, stuffed tomatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus and Mac and cheese made with Gouda. No hot dogs when we go "camping".
