Theft

Be aware the copper thieves stripped my motorhome of all the #2 copper wire while it was in winter store. Yes, there is a fence around it topped with barbed wire. I'm working on building my own motion sensor alarm system while repairs re in progress.

That's aggravating! Did they just lay on the ground and scoot around underneath, or did they break into it? So sorry, \ken

They crawled under and used cutters. Had no trouble finding the heavy cables from engine to battery box.

Good lord...seems it never ends. Sorry for the damage this jerk caused. I sure hope this isn't a new found trend in copper theft.

Be interesting to keep those cables "HOT".......

I despise thieves. Had a thief break into my S&B home a couple years back. I upgraded my security.

Only 3 ways to get money.. 1 work 2. welfare 3. crime.
Our politicians have cut welfare, our corporate execs have stopped hiring, guess what that leaves ???

I remember my college Teacher in Auto School telling us how they pranked a few kids while he was in School. Took a Model T Coil Charged it then hooked it to the doors.
When someone touched it, it would discharge like a capacitor. About 10,000 volts dc.
Low amps so not enough to kill but enough to straighten your hair.

This happened at a local storage lot. I heard they pulled most of the wiring including the Romex on a bunch of coaches. If this is true, my guess is it would total a coach. Very expensive, if not impossible repair.

Well, the loser community hit my trailer a few weeks ago and stole my two brand new propane tanks that were full.

I looked at some other trailers and noticed the nice ones were also hit.

I am happy they did not make a forced entry into the unit, as I'm trying to sell it and that would have been a bitch to deal with for repairs...
