Smile They did the right thing

I bought a new Spartan toy hauler from National Indoor RV Centers in Lewisville, TX last month. They will no longer sell towables after the present inventory is sold. I got a good deal on my TH. However, we had a problem. Because heat pumps were high on my requirements list, I asked the salesman if this TH had them. He thought heat pumps were installed. They weren't. I discovered this after the purchase.

The management first wanted me to accept the mistake. Then they asked that I compromise with them. I told them that I was willing to negotiate a resolution. The next day, they informed me that they would exchange/install new heat pumps (two of them) at no cost to me. They said they would do this in order to prevent creating an unhappy customer. Needless to say, I am happy with their decision to own their mistake. Would I recommend National Indoor RV Centers to you? Yes, I would without hesitation.

Good decision on their part. I like companies that work at retaining a good reputation.
