What is also awesome is the price, at about $144,000. Saw a number of them at the Airstream factory. Impressive.

Nice, One would think they could have had a better wax job on a few of the Pictures.\JMO

This one shined like a new penny at the car show earlier this year.
They have come a long way since I bought my Airstream 190 B Van new in 1991. That said - the old model on the E350 chassis, 460 EFI with the "boat" on top was far better for camping - overhead bed - tub/shower - free standing toilet - etc. When the E350 body style changed after a long and successful run - the model was never the same. Many great miles and memories on that B!

Still way over priced for what you get IMHO.

Start with a Sprinter and just keep adding. I had thought at one time after buying mine in 1991 about pulling an Airstream Trailer with it. It came equipped with brake controller, wired and receiver. Never did. Got so accustomed to it that we just took it everywhere. The new ones just lack the functionality of the older model. They are what they are.
