This Site Is NOT Pitiful

Hi, I recently saw a post with a title of "Site is pitiful" and wanted to point out a few items:
  • This is one of THE most active RV forums out there
  • The collective experience of the forum Users provides fantastic advice
  • Very little negativity on this forum and is one of the reasons I stay here
  • Alternate view points are not moderated
  • Moderators do an excellent job
The above is significant in comparison to multiple Forums I belong to, from mountain biking to music to scuba diving & other RV forums. So, to the owner and moderators of this site - well done and keep up the good work because your site is NOT pitiful, in fact, I would rank it as #1.

Cheers,

Steve

This site is a fantastic resource. Unbiased with no hidden agenda. I recommend it to all my RV'ing friends.

Since I've been a member, I only have had run-ins with 2 jerks. Now that's a good average compared with some other RV sites that I no longer use

In the other referenced thread, the OP was upset that ads were on the page, including one for a politician!

I use Ad Block and don't see most of the ads. Because I block the ads, I decided to become an iRV2 Supporter to offset the ad loss. I'd suggest others do the same.

I find this forum geared alittle more towards the MH crowd, but there is still a wealth of information to be found here. Seems that the majority of members are more than happy to try and help you with a problem. I have reccommended it to many. I like the idea of being a supporter to help offset blocking the ads.

I've gotten a lot of very helpful information for my RV from this site and am very thankful. Most people have been very nice to me.
