We had a 31 ft 2002 Class C Coachman Santara with one slide a couple of RVs back that had the V-10

. I generally ranged 8-9 mpg as long as I kept my foot our of it and kept it in cruise control in the 62 to 65 mph range. I got as low as 6 mpg when doing extended climbing on a trip from here going north through Park Cities, UT and then on through Denver and as high as 10+ when headed south across the plains going back from MI to OK City and on well on past Amarillo to about the middle of New Mexico. This was all before we got a dolly and started towing. I really liked that set up and it was one of the reasons I just traded an '04 Tiffin with the 8.1 Vortec for a Vista with the V-10.
