Three Cheers for RVUpgrades & Progressive Industries

I recently purchased a Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS from RVUpgrades. During installation I discovered one bad component and contacted RVUpgrades to see what to do. I was a little worried that I might get the run-a-round due to a web purchase.

They promptly contacted Progressive Industries and got me in contact with their technician and in short order I received the replacement part.

The original shipping from RVUpgrades was prompt and the service from both them and Progressive Industries was excellent!

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for RV accessories.

I agree. I have done business with RVUpgrades twice. It's nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone, that remembers your name and takes care of things.

I will definately be using them again.

I also purchased a PT50C from RV Upgrades and on my last trip I was having problems with one leg with everything reading correctly for L1, L2, frequency and E-0 reading but no power to the GFCI's in the coach. I had to plug directly into the pedestal and everything worked.

I called progressive industries and within 3 days I had a new PT50C and an RMA to send the old one back.

With RV Upgrades, they were very informative when I purchase the unit through email and phone calls. I will not hesitate to continue to order from RV Upgrades.

Thumbs up We Agree!!

RVUpgrades has never failed us in the many purchases we have had with them! Bill Rowell has a great staff and great customer service policy in place!

Debbie at RV upgrades is a real helpful lady. They have always been upfront on purchases and shipped on time or earlier.

I appreciate them sending me that part before I had to send back the bad one. The new one came with a return label, RMA and postage paid. Now that's how to treat a customer
