Thumbs up to Repair shop

When I took my MH into have it's yearly state inspection, I was told I had an exhaust leak. I had read enough on here to suspect it was my manifolds / gaskets. Seems the Ford 460 is notorious for this problem. I found a shop that could work on it and took it in. After reading so much on here about the manifolds and gaskets, I was expecting to have to pay around $1200 to $1400 for the repairs.

AutoMasters in Christiansburg, VA removed the manifolds, sent them out to have them reground, replaced the gaskets, fixed a parking/signal light problem, and replaced the dimmer switch. I know one of their mechanics, and he told me he went over all the lights, cleaned some relays, and that everything working perfectly. He told me that for it's age, it had really good power and handling. Cost? $467.00. I was shocked and very pleased. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you're in the area and need repairs, give them a call @ 540-443-3990.
