tire air vavles

I'm a newbie and I have a problem,I want to ckeck the tire pressure on the dual rear tires, but the hub caps are off by a half whole.how can I get the hub caps off or aligned?

If it's hub caps there should be a place on them with a small opening to get something like a screw driver in there to pop it off.

As adehaan86 said, ours just pop off like a regular hub cap, although there is no slot for a screw driver. I just use a large flat blade driver and carefully work your way around till it comes off.
