No radial tire has 14 plies. Or even 12 plies. The "ply" nomenclature is a holdover from bias ply tires, where the number of plies were built up to give it strength. Radials are a completely different design and use steel and/or synthetic cords to give the required strength plus "belts" to provide the rolling surface. There really are no "plies" in a radial tire.

Two places not to skimp on your RV are brakes and tires. They need to work and work every time. I have never heard of the brand. Is it another Chinese brand that is here for a few months and then disappear after the warranty claims start to climb? I would stick to the better know and proven manufacturers.
