Describe the Tire Failure: The tread came off with no warning but the tire still had 110 psi

Instead of filling out another report the second set of 614 tires only lasted 2.5 years and 24K miles before we had the same problem but I found it before it came apart an did more damage to the trailer. We no longer have GY tires of our trailer.

Inside tire gets little attention. In this case: "Never"

Do you cover your tires: [Never, Sometimes, Always]
Sometimes

Describe the Tire Failure: [Include pictures and be as descriptive as possible]
This tire was on left front initially. Tread wear was minimal except for one of the tread rings....which was wearing excessively. Relocated this tire to left rear inner due to this tire wear (didn't want it on my steering axle).
