You didn't mention if you reprogrammed the sensors to their new positions when you made this swap. If you don't reprogram after the swap the sensors still think they are on their original tires. After you made the swap, if you didn't reprogram, did the rear tire have a good signal?

1. Before you reprogram everything remove the battery from a known transmitting sensor and put it in the dead sensor on the left front. That is an easy way to check for a dead battery.

I find the customer service from the Tire Minder folks to be excellent. Don't know if they work weekends but they will help troubleshoot problems over the phone. (772-463-6522). Be advised they will ask if you have read and followed the procedures in your manual!

I plan on reprogramming it when I get my new batteries on Monday

1. Before you reprogram everything remove the battery from a known transmitting sensor and put it in the dead sensor on the left front. That is an easy way to check for a dead battery. I tried all four of my sensors from the previous car on the front/left tire. Every time this is the only one that shows the error

See above.

I had the same problem with my system. I have the older Tireminder system, and finally had to install their booster amp to get it to read all the sensors. I mounted the booster under the fridge and wired it into the 12v system, haven't had a problem since.

I had an issue with one of mine not contacting the valve core. Mine was a rear inside and was due to the Valve extension being defective. I would make sure your valve core on that tire isn't messed up or something is keeping it from screwing down all the way and making contact with the valve core.

By the way, Tire Minder will send you new batteries for free. I forget how long they will do it for but I think its for life.

"I tried all four of my sensors from the previous car on the front/left tire. Every time this is the only one that shows the error"

They will not show up as being on the front left tire unless you delete them from the original tire and go through the procedure to show the new position (left front).

You should have been getting a air pressure loss when you removed each of the from the original tire.

Have you replaced the valve stem? The core may be down so far as to not allow the sensor to operate. Remember most sensors will go to sleep if they are removed from a tire, and if your sensors are not seated correctly, you may be getting the same result.

Prior to our just completed trip I replaced all of the batteries and then redid the entire setup. Everything worked great until the last three days. I then got the "Nos" error on several different tires. They even bounced back and forth showing the tire pressure and then showing the error.

Would it make any difference if I installed the booster? My MH is only 34' long and one of the tires that kept getting the error is the rear tire and the other one was the rear car tire.

It's not the sensor or the batteries - it's the receiver. I had 5 or 6 go out all at the same time. Couldn't possibly be the sensors or the batteries. Replaced the receiver and everything is working well.

Where can I get just the receiver?

From the stupid question department, have you talked with Minder Research tech support about this? I found them to be very helpful when I ran into an issue I could not figure out.

Talk to the Minder Techs. They are great. They replaced the receiver but that did not solve the problem. They sent a new transmitter/booster and have not had an issue since. All done under warranty even though I was past.

I did back in June via email and they said to replace the batteries and redo the setup. I will have to find that email.

Given the continuing issues, you may want to try contacting them again.
