Toilet Leaking

Getting the coach ready for a trip later this week. I hit the toilet fill foot pedal and water 💧 started coming out of the sprayer. So I figured I’d just replace the sprayer. But even when I flush water shoots out of the sprayer. Anyone ever had this issue?

The spray head is bad, it is pressurized when the foot pedal is depressed (Dometic brands) by design.
