Too many Rvs in Bavaria Germany

It's the end of summer here in Germany. There are lots of class C, travel trailers ,and a few small class a motor homes. The travel trailers are all single axle and mostly pulled by small sport utilities. I bet they are a handfull.
I got our VW gulf up to 175 km on the autobahn. Had to be at least 80 mph.

I miss traveling on the autobahn. Normal speed was about 180kph. Remember well having my doors blown off by a VW Rabbit. Oh the good old days.

As well...used to routinely run 200 kph. Had a BMW Bavaria, and a BMW 7-series. The US Government bought us 4 cylinder automatic Chrysler K-cars to run around Europe in on official business - OMG!

Oh the ever lovely K-cars. How could I have forgotten those. And to keep this RV related, the AFRC Campground in Garmisch. I had a travel trailer there for over a year. Lived in it full time.

We went to Garmish to see the base but didn't see the rv park. We found a few rv parks at starn burg lake but everyone is storing for the winter. We're renting an apartment in munich for the winter and may try to rent an rv for next summer.
Going to keep our Moho at nellis for a few years.
