Mine works great whether towing a car or a trailer. I have a 40-footer and don't even need the booster.
Even put the valve mounted monitors on a UHaul car trailer that I dragged cross country.

I wouldn't leave home without them. There are folks who assume that checking tire pressure before starting a day is good enough,BUT you never know whats going to happen 1/2 mile down the road. I can't imagine dragging my Jeep for miles with a flat!!
I have the Pressure Pro system. Last Summer I took my rig out for maintenance and had a reading from my Jeep from nearly a mile away. Amazing!

I have Pressure Pro's on mine. No problems in five years. Gave me a warning when I had a loose valve stem leak.

I'm looking into a replacement for the TST units I had to have cut off my valve stems. I'm also looking at the pressure pro. It's been around for a while and gets great reviews.

My ex-wife had regularly scheduled TPMS and she often threatened to cut off my valve stem.

Read a post a couple weeks ago that one of the tire systems was coming out with a new valve stem design for their system that allowed filling the tires and also reading the pressure. Supposed to be out in March. The sensor was built in the valve stem.
But I have not heard anymore about it.

TST has this in the works and was told it was going to be out sometime in March of this year. The plus of this system is you can add air without removing the sensors, and the neg is to replace the batteries or any other problems you have to visit a tire shop to have the tire and rims seperated.
I had just ordered the 507RV system and then read about the system you are asking about. After talking with the folks at TST, I decided to keep the 507 system, mainly because I can change batteries when required, without having to visit the tire shop.
Probably not a big deal for most, but I just like simple.

I agree - they are a good company to do business with (I'm a satisfied customer).

Hey guys, please don't stop discussing this.
Talk to me about how far these things transmit. It is a good distance from the rear tires of a towed to the front of a 40 ft MH driver's area.
How long does a battery last in the individual monitors?
It would give me some stress relief if I could reliably look and see pressure in individual tires, especially on the towed. We looked at a system a friend had called Hawkshead (???) or something similar. I liked it and it would allow 10 (as I recall) input signals. I thnk the sending units were on the valve stems. What would that do to tire balance?
