Officially a member of the Old Geezers Club, I have a knee that gives me fits. To work the kinks out, I stop every couple of hours and walk around the rig. I use my Official Old Geezers Club (a cane my daughters gave me) and tap on all the tires, listening to the "ring" sound of the tire.

Although I have a tire pressure system, I do this little walk around anyway. Seems to help my knee more than the tires

But wait... I read that you can't do this!
