Hello RV friends, we all go to RV shows, of course I go too, sometimes even with DW.
So - that I stay up to date in the RV business... Down the road we buy or trade??!!!
Been 3 x to one Dealer here... they just put a huge building up close to the Abbotsford Airport,
we left our names and phone number.
You would think, they mail you the info or give you a ring? No way. I do not understand this, spending all that money on the Trade Show and not doing a FOLLOW UP. How many people do they FORGET? Sure, you might not buy today, but what about down the road.....
I must asume, that they still do a brisk business!!!!?
What is your expepierence?
RVgreetings

I cannot condone a business not calling you back. But assuming they are in business to make money, maybe the misplaced your information. Personally I would call back and ask for the owner or manager of the facility and let them know what has transpired. Else, take your business elswhere.

Knowing sales as I do, if a sales person sensed you are not actively looking buy now, they may put you on the back burner to tend to someone who was buying now. This may not pleasant to hear, but that is reality.

Joyce and John, thanks for the reply. I was thinking in the same direction. Last show I was talking to the SALES MGR.... oh ye, we'll mail you the info and a very aggressive Sales Person will follow up. That was over 3 weeks ago! NOTHING, not a beep. So - that means no more stopping by their Shop or Booth.
In 2010 we would like a new one....., but now not from that Dealer???
