Registered trailer at an Oregon dealership, however, the saleman wants proof of ownership and doesn’t think my registration through ICBC is sufficient. This is the only proof of ownership I have...Even called ICBC and they said it’s all I need...
Has anyone from Canada run into this issue before?

Called the salesman, told we had bill of sale etc....Turns out he doesn't want to go through the extra paperwork hassel....

I think this demonstrates how well the sales of RVs are. We (live in BC) wintered in St George UT. about 5 years ago. Looked at a larger RV and the salesman sent emails at least once a week for the time we were there. Today I think he would tell us to buy an RV back in Canada because he's too busy.
I think what goes around comes around.
