Comparing LP tanks like handheld torches to forklift tanks is dangerous. To say a forklift tank "draws from the bottom" doesn't explain why many forklift tanks are mounted on their side, right behind the driver. I think a lot of the 'information' on this thread is just shots in the dark - - - - - to sadly be illuminated by the bright flash of an explosion or LP fire.
