Just a question:
Does anybody uses while traveling "Travel Guides" such the one by Lonely Planet,Let's Go,you get the picture.......
I'm planning a trip and I thought it will be some help to make an itinerary and cover as much possible of the area.
You input will be much appreciated,araucano.

We use various sources to see what is available to see and do in an area. A lot can be found simply by Googling the name of a city or town in the region. Or the name of the region itself or major park, if it has one.

But other times we just wing it and drive around to see what catches our eye. This is especially true in rural areas or small towns, where the local sights seldom make it into travel guides or web sites. Have found a lot of interesting little shops, restaurants and museums that way.
