Welcome to iRV2.
Going to need some info on the chassis manufacturer, and drivetrain , before we can be of any real help.
Freightliner? Workhorse ? Gas ? Diesel ?
Been this way since you bought it ? New problem ?

If operating the trip reset , isn't working , there may be something in this pdf. file.
If not a call to Freightliner's free help line ( Have your serial number handy)

1-800-385-4357

If you could take a min. and from your " User CP" go to " Edit Signature " on the left side of the page and enter your coaches info, save changes at the bottom of the page, it will automatically appear below your posts and you won't have to type it in every time you have a question.
As mine does below.
Attached Files
File Type: pdf Freightliner gauges operation , testing.pdf (127.9 KB, 30 views)

I have the same issue with my 2001 Airstream (Freightliner chassis). I sent an email to Freightliner and was told that pressing and holding will toggle between miles and kilometers, and that I should just press and release quickly......still won't reset. Feeling the back of the switch appears to only be 2 wires but not sure.

I would be interested if you find a fix

called fl and they told me its the board behind all the warning lights on the dash there is a board back there that gets info from ecu and controls all your gauges not going to replace just for a trip meter
