Ordered mine on Feb 7 and received it today. I never received a shipping confirmation and was about to contact them. I'll install it the next nice day.

Glad it was resolved. TST has one of the best customer service reputations in the industry. Love my TST system.

Wouldn't it be nice if ALL the manufactures watched this site and took care of the problems like Dan Covington with TST just did?

Hey Dan...why don't you run for president? We need someone who is paying attention.

Ordered two 507 systems, so that I have twelve sensors and two monitors for the same price as twelve sensors. Ordered it in November and contacted them at the end of Jan when it had not arrived. They had misplaced my order and sent it within two days received it less than two weeks later. Not bad considering I live in New Zealand on the other side of the Pacific! Dan also extended my warranty and I am delighted with the system. Easy to install, and I may not need the repeater I ordered as the toad seems to be picked up fine, even with the short antennae. I have a Suzuki Escudo and the sensors stick out a little from the tires, enough to wipe them off on a curb, so I had better be careful driving the toad. Fit good on the MH though and I like the fact that they have already shown me that my older Goodyears are running a little under inflated. I have flexible extensions so will let you know how they go, as solid extensions are recommended. Apart from the initial stuff up of my order, service has been excellent and I would recommend them.

Love my 507 too. One time, it read 167 PSI on one tire. Power cycled the monitor and all was good.
Only took a couple of days to get to me. Installation was easy.

There was apparently an issue that had arisen with my order so I am glad that i reached out but Dan took care of it and I will have my system in another day or so. Thanks to Dan and his people! It also shows the power of this forum, thanks to all of you for your help.

Got my system today Dan, again thanks for your help. And I echo the others in saying it's great to see a manufacturer who watches these forums and then responds, very refreshing.
