That was a statement and not a question so the "question" rule doesn't apply. People can make all the stupid statements they want.

I honestly can't comprehend why that owner would get so close (even at low tide).
I know Class A's have been known to be called 'Land Boats', but come on...

IF the used for sale ad reads aqua-hot, it could have been flooded or in a fire!
