TST support

Not sure if I am at right place but-I would like to give a big SHOUT OUT to TST and their system-I have never seen a group that gives service and help as good as this bunch-Thanks for there coverage and endless time spent with this dummy on the phone getting everything right. At a time when everyone talks about low service ,this is one that has been outstanding --The best I have ever seen. I have had this system 6 years and it has saved me big time -twice

Thanks for posting this. It's always great to gear good reports. I must say that when it comes to TST , this kind of report is common.

I had the same experience with Mike. Answered e mails and texts within 20 mins and answered questions in detail. I'm not terribly tech savvy but I got my TST TPMS up and running in no time..

I sorta agree, however TST creates some of the need for outstanding support, for example the odd behavior of having to set your high pressure setting before the low, even though low is presented first. Having to reset all the parameters instead of being able to get edit one. The need to fine tune the location of the repeater, in my case, just to pick up the rear duals in a 30' class C. The complete lack of documentation on installing internal sensors. Asking me at order time what type of wheels I have and then not sending the adapters for those wheels. Sending the adapters, then telling me I needed grommets instead, then maybe I need both ... All of this while the shop time clock for the install was running $

In my case Mike and Bill were very helpful but I never got the internal sensors installed correctly. This is after countless calls and emails to Mike and Bill and 8 hours of shop time. They are in the tires but cobbled together with locktight and some sealant pasted around the nuts. They have leaked already once. Just checking the tire pressure rotates the valve stems. It appears that the valve stem could fall into the tire causing a rapid air loss. I had planned a 2k trip with the family this summer but I don't trust the system with a trip that long and will be going it alone with the car instead.

And once I asked to return the whole package since they were never able to come up with the correct adapters and I didn't feel safe with it as is, Crickets ...

Eventually, I will need to spend another couple of hundred to have the tires broken down and the sensors removed. And probably put the whole thing on eBay for what ever I can get for it. I have 4 external sensors that work fine. $660 into the package, hope to get $50 out as I'm going to be totally honest about the experience with them.

One other note, the screen scratches super easy, I have not abused the unit at all, but the screen looks like I took sand paper to it. I should have left the plastic protector on it, but it was a little hard to read at angles with it on.
