Turn signals

My right hand turn signal work on front, the rear light blink only once then doesn't work in the rear . Is their fuse/relay /circuit breaker in rear of vehicle.

Normally no separate fuse. Check for corrosion in the bulb socket or the ground. Crimp connectors have the same problem..

What kind and what year vehicle are you asking about? I saw one truck that the left front signal light wouldn't work. That one turned out to be the PCM to the tune of about $700!!!

My truck has separate fuses for all the trailer lights. If you have a trailer rv look at the fuses Also, check grounds

Have check bulb it work on other side. Called Winnebago said look at rear panel that said freightliner fuse,cannot find.

There are many posts on iRV2 concerning the various locations of fuse panels in the Winnebago/Itasca diesel coaches. Here is a link to the result of a Google search for iRV2 posts containing the terms "Freightliner," "fuse" and "location." Here is a link to the same search with the additional term "trailer."

One or more of these posts should help you find the fuse panel for the tail lights.
