TV Audio

I have a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA. We have three TV's that have developed an odd problem. We are hooked up to cable and the front TV works fine. The mid and rear TV's, however, do not have audio on some channels. This has happened at two or three different RV parks. I would be happy to hear from anyone who might have a solution. The Tiffin service tech at the factory suggested I troubleshoot the splitter that is behind the front right panel above the passenger seat. I sort of doubt that is the culprit but plan to check it out when we get home. Thanks

I'd start by running a cable from the source directly to each of the TV's to verify its a cable or TV problem. Since it's the same issue on both TVs it could be the splitter or the cable itself.

Splitters are inexpensive and available at Radio Shack and probably Lowes and Home Depot. Get a replacement and try it.

Check to make sure you have the audio channel to english not SAP. (second audio program)

SAP will often be in English but if it is set to SAP and it doesn't exist you will hear nothing.
