TV connection problems.

I recently purchased a 2011 Discovery Model X. The RV has 4 TV's. The prior owner removed all splitters and left only the cable wires making it very difficult to figure out. I was able to connect the Satellite and it works on the drivers side TV only. I was also able to get the surround sound in the middle TV to work, but not the TV itself. From surfing the web, I think there should be some sort of connector in the overhead compartment for all cables, but not sure. If anyone has a set up with 4 TV's, please let me know (pics if possible) what you use to get all sets interconnected and working.
We plan to bring our grand kids on a trip soon and I know they will want to watch the Tube.
Thanks

Many RVs have a B.O.M.B. (Box of Many Buttons) a switcher that takes various inputs (satellite, antenna, cable, DVD) and sends it out to the various TVs. You'll have to determine exactly what you want as inputs and outputs, then shop for the appropriate device. Amazon has many choices.

What type of cables do you have at present? Coax or HDMI? You might also consider a wireless system that might be better than trying to upgrade or repair wiring you presently have.

Unless you are handy with electronics you might just farm the work out to a car stereo shop such as Car Toys. They set up mobile audio and video everyday and what you are wanting is simple for them and it will be right the first time.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! Keep her between the ditches!

You're gonna need the coax switcher box that Bob describes!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
