Ultraleather tear
How do you repair a small tear in ultraleather? This is on a chair arm, so it is visible and in a fairly high wear area.

I know people in the upholstery repair business. If it is in a high visibility area AND high wear, I'd get it fixed by a professional. It's not worth the savings to have to look at an ugly repair.

There are products out there such as "Ultra Leather Repair" that are inexpensive. You could try one and see if you can live with the repair. Failing at that would be to have an upholstery shop recover the arm for you.

Only problem with the upholstery shop is that you would probably have to recover both arms to make it look right!

They have materials out there that can provide a durable, blended patch to repair the tear. Like I said though, it takes a good professional to do that.

I've used Dr Vinyl on car and boat seat leather repairs. They come to you . Maybe there's one in your area.
