We have a short queen Sleep Number bed in our MH. When we first got it, the DW and I would roll into the center of the mattress into each other. It took a lot of work just to get out of bed!

I called Select Comfort to complain, and they talked me into buying a pad that goes under the very center of both air bladders, that they said would prevent the roll-in problem. Now the problem is just the opposite - we roll towards the edge of the mattress. No matter what we do, we just can’t seem to get comfortable. We have a California King size Sleep Number in the house and we love it, no issues with it at all, so I’m thinking the problems rests with the size of the short queen.

Anyone else experience this?

Craig

We had one in our previous MH (Fleetwood Prov) and I didn't like it at all....No matter what pressure I tried, I could not get comfortable. The wife liked it better than me, but still was not completely satisfied.
We've since traded MH's and this one has a king regular matress that is much more satisfactory to both of us.
Good Luck.

I had my dealer swap out the sleep # and put my mattress, foam topper, and egg crate topper in the new coach, much better now

Sold our sleep number the first month we bought the new mh. Replaced it with a tempurpedic clone and love it. Take America's Most Comfortable and Affordable Mattress On The Go In Your Camper, RV, or Boat

I don't like the sleep number either. Just can't get comfortable and hate that center divider. I've heard that buying one if those foam toppers helps, but we've not got one yet. It's the next purchase on the list.

We found that a 3" memory foam topper helped. Recently replaced the S/N with a 9" memory foam mattress - much better.

Put the S/N away in a Spce Bag for when we sell the MH.

We have one at home and one in the motorhome. Been sleeping on one for more than 20 years. If you're rolling to the middle, there is something wrong.

Ditto on the 3 inches of memory foam. Don't skimp on the quality of the foam you buy, there are different grades. No matter what shape the mattress is in the foam will help. We got the standard mattress with our Cambria and it was hard. The memory foam addition has made a world of difference.

We are not thrilled with ours either. Same story about can't find any comfortable number. Have to put the memory foam topper on our list also.

We just added a 3" memory foam topped to our el cheapo mattress in our MH. First night sleeping on it last night, I liked it and DW is still in it!

We may be looking for another king mattress. If anyone wants to get rid of one. PM me.

We added the memory foam to our queen Sleep Number for the same "roll to the middle syndrome" and now I wish I had used that money to invest towards a new mattress. Its better but not great by a long shot.

The king S/N in the S&B is great.
