You could try using Google, searching for "USA Flag Icon".

Several sites look promising -- for example

You can also right click on an avatar and and choose "save as". But as a courtisy (spelling?) you might want to ask if its ok.

When you want to bring a post back up to the top of the list.. because if someone has a very interesting post or asks a question I like to help them out or give others a chance to see the question or interesting post by bumping to the top of the list
