Purchased a Dominator hose in May. Discovered a leak two weeks ago. Contacted Valterra and subsequently sent pic of problem. They immediately responded with a new hose. But, as my life goes, someone goofed and sent the wrong one. Without any questioning, Belinda Garcia at Valterra has responded with having another sent right away. For my trouble and I'm sure their cost, I can keep the small one they sent.
It is rare to find service that is easy, prompt, courteous, trusting etc. I have vowed to be their "ace" salesman and have already found some products I need. If they will let me buy them, Lol.
