Safe travels

Air horns? They are my pet peeve, Steve!

They scare and startle the bajeebers out of most (unintended recipient) drivers nearby, causing some to make erratic movements in traffic that can sometimes be dangerous. They can also be the cause of unexpected anger, even rage.

Dont ask me how I know.

I am thinking cause the phone rang, I have noticed that they pass and then when I end up passing them they are 9 times out of 10 on the phone.

How about the cement mixer truck that refuses to yield to traffic when he is on the ramp and scrapes the entire side of your trailer?

Yes, it has happened to us!

I am feeling left out here. I have nothing in my life that 5 or 10 mph or 5 or 10 minutes makes one bit of difference in the big picture. Just thankful to be healthy and fulltimin'.

Talking

I also don't like it when someone comes on a venting thread and has nothing to vent about.

Well, don't get me started on idiots blocking the fueling lane while they go inside to eat lunch and shop for junk in the "truckers chrome items" section.

I have noticed lately the drivers that are in the fast lane and as they go whizzing by you as he/shes cutting across 3 lanes of traffic to take the next exit.
I bought the dash cam, I like it, its a "just in case" must have.

And there you sit because you have a dingy plus you know that they will be right back ! Then , thirty minutes later they come back, unlock their vehicle and proceed to fuel it up.
Then they get offended when you explain to them what a demented moron they are! JEESH !
