Venting

I wish sometimes I had a cow catcher on the front of my MH when that fool wants too hit the brakes on interstate to let some body on.

Wait...what about the minivan (or any car, but very often minivan's) that speeds up you pass you, then slow down right infront of you

If there are 3 lanes, we drive in the #2 lane for the exact reason mentioned by the OP...learned that from the 18 wheelers.

We have even had weenies try to merge between us and our toad! Double-.

We are seriously considering getting one of those recording dash cams.

Safe travels

Or the idiot who doesn't know how to enter a freeway, he's riding right beside you on the on ramp.

I have an embroidered pillow on the MH sofa which says lead, follow, or get out of the way. A tribute to my frustrations with merging drivers.

I am a big fan of a two level DL. One level for surface roads and then another for highway driving. Would not help the nut cases but at least it would show a better level of skill.

Hope you feel better after venting!

There are a miriad of futile discussions that can be had about behavior that cannot be fixed.

Going back on topic for ya....

I drive cautiously, keep a cool head, leave lots of space for Bevis and Butthead, have patience for the inexperienced, and malice toward none.

You cant stop what they do, but being ready to react is pretty nifty.

Com'on Dave and Nola,

How's that on topic? Let's hear your pet peeve...everyone surely has one.

I too, do all I can to avoid road rage...but for me, the next step is Air Horns!

Safe travels

I have often thought about building a roof mounted black tank cannon.

I have a special place in my heart for some folks at the Dump Station . Especially the ones that get their Hazmat Suits on to dump their own poop. It can be. 20 minute ritual what with all of the back flushing, hoses in the window and much activity . I makes you wonder what they have been eating that could be that toxic ! What sort of equipment do they put in place when the are using the TP in the bathroom ? Life is certainly a conundrum !!
Macerators !!!!! That's another story !!

So glad I wasn't drinking coffee or anything else... I would have spewed with the unladylike guffaw that came out of my mouth... good one!
