Any thoughts on campground volunteers. I have seen CGs with good and not so good volunteers.

The good ones earn their space by keeping the park looking and working good. The not so good ones never seem to do anything but make the RV park look like a trailer park.

One of the membership campgrounds we have, has a lot of not so good ones but then another park, Cherry Valley, Ca. has some really good ones.

What has been your experience.
